More than 50 people, including representatives from different industries and deaf children, attended the launching ceremony. The inspector of Beijing Disabled Persons Federation and the chairman of Beijing Foundation for Disabled Persons, Liang Tian and the CEO of Showself, Victor He attended the event and delivered a speech.
The special fund, “Scienjoy Listening to the Voice of the World”, was initiated by Scienjoy (Beijing) Technology Co. Ltd. in line with the purpose of "Assist Mutually and Realize Dream". Scienjoy helped the disabled children to realize the dreams, let them listen to the voices of the world, and also let the world know about them. We guarded the sunshine in their hearts, planted seeds of hope, built a platform of dreams, and realized their dreams together.

The heads and parent representatives of the Yangfan hearing and speech rehabilitation centers in Chaoyang District of Beijing made speeches at the event. The children of the institution showed terrific performances. Liang Zhang, the secretary-general of the Beijing Foundation for Disabled Persons, pointed out in his speech that deaf children are weakest among the disabled group.
