Start from Zhejiang to Share Better Future Scienjoy Hosts 2023 Mobile Live Innovation Summit and Partner Conference

On March 31, the 2023 Mobile Live Innovation Summit and Scienjoy Partner Conference was held in Hangzhou’s Liangzhu Digital Culture Community, drawing more than 200 players of China’s livestreaming ecosystem from 24 provinces and municipalities. Under the guidance of the Yuhang District Science and Technology Bureau and the Liangzhu New Town Management Committee, the summit was hosted by Scienjoy Holding Corporation, and organized by Hongcheng Huiying (Zhejiang) High-Tech Industry Development Company.

As an important exchange and dialogue platform facing the whole country, the summit focused on the digital cultural sector, and bridged industry, academia and research. Highlighting the theme “New Ecosystem, New Development”, it intensively approached topics such as sci-tech innovation, government-business coordination, innovation cooperation, and digital economy, seeking to enable the harmonious integration between content, technology, and livestreaming.

At the summit, Victor He, Chairman and CEO of Scienjoy, delivered a keynote speech. According to He, people's longing for a better life is the underlying driver behind the development of science and technology. New technologies have spawned new imaginations, enabled new interactions, and fostered new experiences, while content needs are undergoing profound changes, and people are pursuing a sense of immersion and presence in content. In the era of digital economy, the livestreaming industry is celebrating more diverse content forms, in which users are no longer simple participants, but producers as well. Based on livestreaming, Scienjoy will efficiently bridge technology, value and mind, while deeply integrating with the while industry, expanding the digital scene, and continuously meeting user needs – just like Scienjoy’s mission statement: “Technological Innovation and Dedicated Service Brings Happiness to Everyone”.

Over the years, together with its business partners, Scienjoy has adhered to a differentiated development approach for its various brands, and successively launched platforms including Showself, Lehai, Haixiu, MiFeng, and Hongren. At the summit, the platforms’ team leaders made a collective appearance to exhibit the charisma of Scienjoy’s “Dream Team”.

A number of industry experts were also invited to share their presentations on the summit theme. Among them, Chen Ou, chief of operations from social metaverse app GUDA, introduced the app’s metaverse business model integrating "digital humans, digital assets, and digital scenarios" as well as its product propositions and features of "Interest, Creation, Identity, Value".

Zhou Gaoqin, an expert on cutting-edge technology, believes that AI empowers content production, XR optimizes content experience, digital human expands social space, and big data facilitaes stable and high-quality services. Together, they will not only provide users with digital cultural, entertainment, and social experiences that are increasingly immersive, but also build a solid foundation for all industries to access and develop a complete online ecosystem – therefore, it represents a direction worthy of continuous investment both at present and in the future.

Weng Weimin, an expert on digital transformation at Scienjoy, gave a brilliant sharing on digital empowerment of upstream and downstream enterprises. He said that Scienjoy focuses on the front-line scenes of entertainment livestreaming, minds the business pain points of partners, and leverages digital capabilities for full-chain partner empowerment to improve efficiency and ROE in an all-round manner.

Lasting for two days, the summit also included the closed-door Scienjoy Partner Conference spanning the afternoon of March 31 and the full day of April 1, where the company’s livestreaming platforms presented their operational measures for the upcoming year. Scienjoy also discussed with its partners topics such as traffic, content, and regional development, seeking to provide users with optimized experiences and secure a solid foundation for shared long-term development.

In addition, the summit also publicized the development of Hongcheng Huiying Industrial Park in Liangzhu New Town, promoted the park’s policy environment in terms of technology, talent, and industry, and witnessed the signing of a number of key cooperation projects. Since mutual empowerment leads to shared fruits, Liangzhu New Town has always been contemplating and exploring how to tap more development opportunities for enterprises, create more cooperation highlights, and promote coordinated development.

At present, Liangzhu New Town is building on the construction of the Liangzhu Cultural Corridor, to build an upgraded version of Mengqi Town, strengthen the digital design industry, cultivate the digital content industry, and accelerate the development of the digital tech industry that focuses on the metaverse technology. On one hand, such efforts will provide more showcase platforms for Liangzhu New Town’s local enterprises, and on the other, they will help attract and gather more outstanding enterprises and foster a vibrant innovation ecosystem. In 2022 alone, based on a number of digital cultural industry platforms including the Liangzhu Digital Culture Community, the Mengqi Town Design Center, the Qimeng Science and Technology Park, the Future Light Community, and the Yuniaoji Commercial Complex, Liangzhu New Town successfully gathered nearly 1,000 cultural enterprises, and accommodated more than 50% of Yuhang District’s key digital cultural enterprises.

In the future, Liangzhu New Town will continue to give full play to its advantages in industry, technology, and talent, concentrate resources and strengths, and drive the construction of more key industrial projects such as the Yuancheng Smart Hub and the Metaverse Livestreaming Base; advance the development of public service platforms including trade digitization platform, overseas cultural and tourism trade center, and China-international cooperation incubation platform; and promote cultural and tourism enterprises to fuse into the international market, and further drive the congregation and development of industrial clusters. At the same time, Liangzhu New Town will also implement customized services for enterprises, promote the integrated development of industrial innovation clusters, and build a new development pattern in which government and enterprises work hand in hand, so as to provide momentum to the development of its digital industry and contribute to the Common Prosperity agenda.
