Victor He, the CEO of Scienjoy Group, was elected as the second “Top Ten Innovator of cultural and creative industries in Zhongguancun”.

From 2005 to 2016, the development of the cultural and creative industry in Haidian has achieved great success.

With the instructors of the CPC Publicity Department in Haidian District, Beijing Haidian Cultural and Creative Industry Association, the themed activity called "Pioneer, Innovation and Initial Heart - Retrospect and Prospect, Haidian Cultural and Creative Industry Development Decade" was held. It was conducted on December 13th, 2016, in the multi-function hall on the first floor, Block A of Beijing Wanshou Hotel (No. 12, Wanshou Road, Haidian District).

There are three parts in the event, the launch of “Haidian District Cultural and Creative Industry Yearbook in 2016”, the second “Top Ten Innovator of cultural and creative industries in Zhongguancun” Award ceremony and Haidian Cultural and Creative Industry Seminar. The event retrospected the construction and the development of cultural and creative industry innovation system in the past ten years, summing up the experience and look forward to the future.
