On May 18th, 2017, Beijing's 27th National Day for Helping the Disabled was held in Shunyi.  The public welfare project of Scienjoy (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Scienjoy) was affirmed. This charity event was co-sponsored by the China Disabled Persons' Federation's Propaganda Article Department, the China Disabled Persons' Journal Publicity Promotion Association, the Beijing Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Beijing Disabled Welfare Foundation. The theme was "Promoting Disability Prevention and Healthy Achievements."

During the event, the 2016-2017 Rehabilitation and Disability Advanced Unit was commended, and Victor He, CEO of the company, spoke on behalf of the commended company. Victor He believes that the disabled group should be highly concerned by society. Enterprises should not forget to give back to society while they are growing and developing so that disabled people can enjoy the results of social progress. The company will persevere and help the development of the charity and the disabled in the capital.  More companies and people are also called upon to pay attention to the cause of the disabled.

It is reported that in November 2016, Scienjoy cooperated with the Beijing Disabled Welfare Foundation to set up a special fund for "To Listen to the Voice of the World", aiming at helping the hearing-impaired (especially children) and other disabled people. Charity and public welfare have contributed to their strength.

It is also known that this event officially launched the "Light of Star and Moon" vocational rehabilitation project for disabled people. The China Siyuan Engineering Poverty Alleviation Foundation and the Shunyi District, two disabled vocational and health stations, have established a long-term donation mechanism. Also, to promote the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, the Beijing Disabled Persons Welfare Foundation established a cultural and creative base in the Yanshan Cultural Association for the training of disabled people in calligraphy and painting.
