It was organized by Central Network Information Office, Scienjoy, and Guangming.com that went to a beautiful small village named Hong village in Anhui province. In the nearly one-hour live broadcast, the anchors of Guangming.com and Haixiu Tv introduced the architectural features and cultural landscape of Hong village to audiences completely.

During the live broadcast, the anchors introduced the unique structure of Hong village to audiences. As a host of the hometown, it is an ancient village built based on bionics in ancient China. The whole village layout is modeled as an “ox”, where "the mountain is the head of the ox, the tree is the horn, the bridge is the feet, and the house is the body". The structure of Hong village is regarded as a miracle of the world’s historical and cultural heritage.

Nanhu academy plays a vital role in Hong village. According to the anchors, it is an ancient Anhui-style academy which is composed of six parts: Zhidaotang, Wenchang Pavilion, Huiwen Pavilion, Qimeng Pavilion, Wanghu Pavilion, and Di Garden. Nanhu academy was a large-scale academy established in Qing Dynasty.
The two anchors also showed the distinctive style of Anhui cuisine and some typical dishes, such as the stinky mandarin fish and the hairy tofu. According to the introduction, Anhui cuisine focuses on heavy oil, dense color, and heavy fire in cooking. It is also famous for cooking, stewing, and steaming and was first brought to all parts of the country by Hui merchants.
