Responsibilities:
1. Plan product-related activities to stimulate consumption. Plan targeted activities such as user acquisition, activation, and conversion based on product research and user demand analysis to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
2. Creative marketing activity planning
1) Observe industry trends and current popular topics to plan corresponding events; promote and implement event plans.
2) Plan activities for festivals and special occasions.
3. Retrospectively evaluate and collect feedback on events. Extract the highlights and value of planned activities. Summarize events and create reports through reviewing data.
4. Complete various assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
1. Experience in the livestreaming industry is preferred.
2. Experience in event design and implementation is highly preferred.
3. Basic abilities:
1) Event planning: plan events and coordinate with various departments to implement plans.
2) Data analysis: make effective business-oriented judgments supported by data.
3) Communication and collaboration: Logically communicate and collaborate with people in defferent departments; ensure a smooth process of planning and implementing events.
4) Innovation: explore creative ideas and implement corresponding events.
5) Proficient in product prototype related design tools and possess interaction abilities.
