Responsibilities:
1. Use Java to conduct game development and framework iteration & maintenance under a mature server framework.
2. Develop game business logic, including but not limited to core combat, SLG world national war and other cross-server modules.
3. Produce server-related tools and optimize server performance.
4. Manage server team personnel, formulate and assign work plans, and ensure development progress and quality.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields; more than 5 years of experience in game server development; experience as a lead programmer in charge of at least one online product with over 100,000 DAU.
2. Possess solid programming skills; familiar with common data structures, algorithms, and design patterns; experience in WeChat mini-game development preferred.
3. Possess strong logical thinking and programming habits; able to independently solve technical problems; proficient in using at least one database product (mysql, redis, etc.).
4. Possess a strong sense of responsibility; possess strong learning skills, comprehension skills, and the ability to work well under pressure; Ability to stay persistent and commited when facing challenges.
