Job Responsibilities
1. Independently responsible for the development, negotiation, contract signing and full - cycle management of guilds and streamers in designated sub - regions of the Middle East/Southeast Asia.
2. Proactively explore and maintain high - value guild/streamer resources, and use AI tools to analyze partner data, formulate and implement personalized growth strategies.
3. Conduct in - depth analysis of local market and competitor information, use AI for market data modeling and trend forecasting, and independently compile in - depth market insight reports.
4. Explore and share the application of AI in business scenarios such as localized marketing and content creation to improve the overall efficiency of the team.
Requirements
1. With more than 2 years of work experience in overseas market BD, channel sales or related fields; experience in the live streaming and social industries is preferred.
2. Have a resource network of guilds, streamers or partners in the Middle East or Southeast Asia.
3. Fluent in English (working language); proficiency in Arabic or major Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Vietnamese, Thai) is preferred.
4. Excellent negotiation skills and customer relationship management capabilities; result - oriented and able to independently achieve performance indicators.
