Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for live streaming operation-related work, lead the team to formulate localized operation strategies, aiming at achieving user growth and revenue growth.
2. Gain an in-depth understanding of the business and product operation framework of the business line; understand the key elements and key paths of the business line.
3. Independently decompose key goals according to business objectives, promote and manage the team, formulate effective strategies and drive the achievement of target results.
4. Maintain relationships among streamer agencies, streamers, users, and the platform; promote the positive development of the product ecosystem.
5. Responsible for streamer recruitment and discovery; expand and sign high-quality streamers through multiple channels.
6. Responsible for the introduction, collaboration, and management of/with new streamer agencies and streamers; increase the number of high-quality streamer agencies.
7. Conduct refined management of streamer agencies, monitor data, formulate/adjust/optimize operation plans, increase the number of active users, and achieve event goals and turnover targets.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of operation experience in the pan-entertainment industry; social livestreaming team management experience preferred; possession of streamer agency resources preferred.
2. Possess awareness of experimentation and iteration, able to decompose goals to form implementation plans and quickly iterate according to results.
3. Able to think from the perspective of user scenarios and product experience.
4. Strong self-motivation and ambition, good communication skills, can work well under pressure, able to coordinate various resources to implement plans efficiently.
