Responsibilities:
1. Support affairs of the Board of Directors and the capital market:
1) Assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparing board meeting materials, including financial reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
2) Track capital market dynamics, and assist in organizing and analyzing market data, industry trends, and competitor information.
3) Opening securities company accounts and completing general annual inspection work.
4) Assist in investor relations affairs, including arranging investor meetings, recording conference calls, and following up afterwards.
2. Support the Chief Financial Officer's daily work:
1) Manage the Chief Financial Officer's schedule, coordinate internal and external meetings,and ensure efficient use of time.
2) Handle the Chief Financial Officer's daily administrative affairs, including sorting documents, processing emails, making travel arrangements, etc.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Experience in management assistant roles preferred.
3. Possess financial knowledge and understanding of capital markets.
4. Possess basic English reading and writing skills and be able to participate in basic English conversations.
5. Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and possess strong document processing ability.
6. Possess a strong sense of confidentiality and be able to handle sensitive information.
7. Can work well under pressure and be able to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.
