Responsibilities:
1. Act as the human resources consultant and business partner of the corresponding business departments, provide human resources support for organizational development, and handle various HR-related issues raised by business department managers and employees.
2. Respond to the needs for organizational mechanisms and talent for the implementation of strategies; provide the business department with full-cycle management of employee recruitment, employment, training, retention, and termination in aspects such as recruitment, employee relations, talent management, training, and performance.
3. Plan, organize, and implement major projects related to the company's human resources work to ensure project timeliness and delivery quality.
4. Promote and implement HR systems, concepts, assessments, and projects within the business department; optimize and iterate them in combination with business needs.
5. Be able to identify organizational issues, drive the improvement of internal efficiency and atmosphere, and support the achievement of business goals.
6. Effectively inherit company culture, promote values, improve employee communication channels, and ensure the healthy and sustained development of organizational culture.
7. Assist other temporary work of the Human Resources Operations Department.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, human resources/management or related majors preferred.
2. More than 3 years of HR work experience in internet companies, ability to work in English, and experience in collaborating with overseas business teams preferred.
3. Solid professional knowledge of human resources, familiar with work processes of various HR modules, and familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws, and regulations.
4. Possess user service awareness, able to take initiative to communicate and coordinate across departments.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills,strong big-picture perspective and systematic thinking.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to independently think and respond to human resources issues.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
