Work content:

1. Responsible for the recruitment of various positions in the company, complete the recruitment tasks on time and in accordance with the quantity, and be responsible for the recruitment results;

2. Develop and maintain recruitment channels, ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of recruitment, and have the ability to excavate and analyze recruitment channels;

3. Record and summarize various data in the recruitment process, summarize the problems existing in recruitment, and put forward suggestions for optimizing the recruitment system and rationalizing the process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources is preferred;

2. More than 1 year of Internet recruitment work experience is preferred;

3. Proficiency in using major network channels, social channels, etc., and good at using various channel resources;

4. Strong self-drive and active thinking ability, result-oriented and strong ability to resist pressure.
