Work content:

1. Improve the company's human resource management system, research and design a human resource management model suitable for company development (including the comprehensive construction of recruitment, performance and employee development systems), improve the human resource management system; complete administrative related systems, and carry out related work ;

2. Responsible for designing and optimizing related systems and processes, and promoting the implementation, evaluation and improvement;

3. Responsible for job analysis, job descriptions, and job assignments, and propose organization settings and job responsibilities design plans;

4. Provide suggestions on human resource strategy, organization construction, etc., and commit to improving the company's comprehensive management level;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader on time.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or management is preferred;

2. More than 5 years of human resources work experience in Internet companies;

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, clear thinking, and careful consideration of problems;

4. Have a good sense of team service and learning ability, willing to help any employee of the company grow, and can continue to bring positive energy to the team;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, earnest work, meticulous and patient, with a sense of confidentiality.
